Question about GW Faction - Guild Wars Forums

I've read the artical in Computer Gaming World about the two faction houses and i understand that they battle each other but what i don't know is what are the differences between the two? I have yet to see anything that might make one better than the other. I don't know if the rewards for both are the same or not because this is not something that Anet has said as of yet and with the upcoming PvP event i would like some help in deciding which faction my guild should join.

Well the PVP event is just to try the new professions out not decide which faction

And my guess is when you buy chapter 2 buy primas guide and that should help you loads understand chapter 2

from what i understand about the PvP event it will not only be to try out the new professions but also the new maps and if it does include the new maps shouldn't it also include the Faction fight?

From What I read, we won't have access to all the maps in Factions in the upcoming beta weekend. We will have access to the Battle Isle and whatever is available there. Wait and see?

There has been a little bit of information realeased on the individual factions but not very much. I guess we'll have to wait a bit until either they release more information or the game is release.

Joining the different houses will be when Faction comes out.
When you buy the game, the preview we are getting is to get a taste of what to come reguarding the new professions, PvP content and other maps.
Ones the preview is over everything will be gone and Guild Wars will go back the its current state.

Untill Faction comes out and you buy it.

there is no need to say "these people" like we are all stupid all i did was ask a simple question based on the information i already had. if you had or have an issuse with my question then feel free not to answer it.

and dont forget the THIRD faction which i predicted a while ago.

3 nations TWO of whom are at war.

you can remain neutral and not have to join either of them
